HC printing machinery factory supply all accessory (like screen frame and emulsion), let’s teach you how to make screen plate after you get full set up equipments.

1)         Pour suitable emulsion to the screen frame, cover it evenly, coat the printing surface side firstly three times, then the other side which put ink three times as well.

2)         After 1-2 minutes, dry the screen frame by closet (40℃,) or hot air dryer.

3)         Put the file emulsion side on the printing surface of screen frame, and take it to the exposure unit.

4)         Get the screen frame out, take off the film, wash it with cold water softly(20－30℃), 30－60seconds later, wash it again with spraying gun until image show clearly.

5)         Sip up extra water with clean cloth, dry at closet again(30－40℃) or dry with hot air dryer.

6)         Check the quality, if ok, go head for printing, make some modification if no good.
